13 weeks, 5 days
*Weekend: It's not too late to do a weekend recap, is it? To be honest, I have nothing much to report but I figured why not. I found out that I'm really lame especially when my husband is gone. (He comes home late tonight. Thank the Lord!) I had planned on going up to Pontiac to my parents so I wouldn't have to spend 5 days completely alone. Well that plan didn't go over so well when my whole family practically decided to leave for the weekend. My dad was already gone since he was in FL with Joe. My mom decided to make an impromptu trip to North Carolina with her friends which I didn't find out about until I got there on Friday. Allyson went up to see Eric at NIU but I was lucky that Rachel came home from UofI so I had a bit of company for a few days. I spent my Friday night mostly alone so I decided to bust out the Gschwendtner (my mom's paternal family) heritage book. I love reading it and it had been a while. I was hoping it would trigger some possible baby names but no dice. After my fabulous hair cut and highlight on Saturday, Adelle and Nick and Jake kept me company otherwise it would have been the dullest weekend ever. Weather was fantastic on Sunday so I decided I'd lay out for a while. BAD IDEA. Two days later and I'm still in so much pain. I can only sleep on my back because my stomach and chest are so burnt.
*Throw up #2: It happened tonight. I won't go into much detail but it was much worse than the last time. The color left a lot of be desired.
*Food: We are in serious need of a trip to the grocery store. I've been waiting to go until Joe comes back because it's our thing to go together. (Key word: I hate pushing the cart so he does it for me. :) ) I succumbed to eating only fries for dinner tonight since it was pretty much all we have in our kitchen.
*The Kennedy's: Please tell me you all watched this. I was obsessed. I watched a few episodes twice even. I admit I'm extra emotional these days but I was pretty much bawling the entire last installment with the assassinations. Barry Pepper(Robert Kennedy) was a genius throughout the entire series.
*Vacation!: 50 days exactly until we depart for girls trip to Disney! I'm crazy excited. This also means less than 50 days until we find out if Baby T is a boy or a girl!
So glad you yacked yet again. I know how much you love it! Nick and I watched all the Kennedy's series too! I loved Barry Pepper also! Made me even more upset that he was killed. I was just talking to Reese and Raya about the trip to Disney...I cannot wait to go into Honeydukes! I am buying a chocolate frog!
