We had such a fantastic weekend! Admittedly, we travel quite a bit so it's great when we are not on the road. We probably should have tried to accomplish more around the house but it ended up being one big relaxing weekend instead. We ran some errands, got groceries, played, ate snacks and took lots of pictures. We don't watch much tv around Barrett but we did try to get him to watch two different Disney movies....Jungle Book (Joe's fav) and Toy Story, the latter being one that I thought he may actually glance at for more than 5 seconds. Not a chance. I figure in 6 months or so, we won't be able to pry him away from the thing so it's okay that he doesn't care about it yet.
Behavior wise, Bubs was pretty close to perfection. Bits of whining here or there, mostly when he's hungry. Although, I did have to get a temper tantrum on video because it was just too funny. To set the scene: I offered him some apple slices.
As you can see in the end, he starts to run to his dad because I wasn't giving him any attention. :) Shortly thereafter, I got out the blueberries and all was right in the world again.
We had another first this weekend and since no post is good without pictures, here is the inaugural fort! Sidenote: Kiddo is on the move and near impossible to catch in focus!
