(Apologies again as I'm crazy late in writing this but we've had an insane amount of stuff going on. Big updates hopefully coming soon...Picture will come tomorrow, I promise.)
Thankfully, I'm still feeling wonderful. (Please oh please, let it last a few more weeks!) Discomfort is really low. It comes pretty much only when I'm sitting in a car for an extended period of time. If it's an extra slow day at work, I find it harder to get comfortable sitting at my desk but otherwise, things are great. Strangely, I've managed to dodge one of the most common pregnancy side effects there are.....heartburn. I told Joe when I first got pregnant that it would be interesting to see what heartburn feels like since I've never had it. Well, I'm still waiting. Not that I'm complaining or anything, I just thought it was pretty much mandatory to get at some point. (yes, I realize I just totally jinxed myself for the remaining 8 weeks.)

I have reached the point in pregnancy where the bathroom is my best friend. Peeing has hit an all time high, thanks to a very small bladder. The two hour commute to Pontiac is starting to become a struggle when we travel on weekends. Tip for future preggos: After you have emptied your bladder, lean forward and lift up your stomach a bit. Chances are high that more will empty even though you think it's all done. (I know you are all so excited that I gave you that tidbit!)
Another random milestone this week is that I succumbed to my soda craving. Joe stocked up on Diet Dr. Pepper (we never have pop in our house) so I had one. It has 0 carbs and since I'm not taking in any ice cream, a soda or two won't be so bad. They are now all gone so I plan to steer clear again.
I'm not sure if this is related to pregnancy or what, but I've also had a tough time with my eyes and contacts. I can see fine, but I feel like I need to change them even more frequently than I do because they sting more than normal. Who knows?

I want to mention here for future reference about my golf game. I'm still playing and hope to keep it up for another two weeks or so. I was able to get rounds in on both Saturday and Sunday and other than my equilibrium being off a bit, I've found that I can play pretty normal.
See, I have a system down. I'm consistent. I can pretty much tell you where the ball is going before I even hit it. However, that is changing.
Normally, I have a slight slice to my shot but I've always compensated for that and it can work to my advantage. Now, I am hitting the ball dead straight 80% of the time. I don't know if I'm subconsciously shifting my weight differently or what it is. It's weird because my whole routine is changing. I've found that it doesn't necessarily help or hinder my score very much though so I'll have to live with it.

Baby T is running out of room in there this week. He should be kicking on average 10 times an hour. Um, yeah. That's definitely happening. He's making some serious movements in there! This week, he should also be moving his head side to side, as well. It's kind of a creepy thing to picture but hopefully all that exercise is making him nice and strong. His brain and five senses should be in overdrive now.
I am jealous that you haven't had heartburn! I had it at the end with Brayden, but much earlier this time. I am noticing that tomato based foods (salsa, pasta, pizza) are doing it the worst- but I just keep eating them and eat tums afterward!
