Master bedroom

The master bedroom transformation is pretty small compared to other spaces in the house but still substantial in my opinion. I have to be honest, I did almost none of the work in here. I spent Labor Day weekend up north (doing girly things like wedding dress shopping and chatting over Mexican food) but Joe decided to stay home to get more work done. I actually thought he would use the weekend to relax a bit but I was pleasantly surprised at all the progress he accomplished. Maybe I should have put more faith in him.

Anyways...

Because of this, I have zero progress pictures of this room. We essentially did the same in here that we did throughout the house though. We painted all the baseboards, windows, casings and doors and then moved onto the walls. (Sidenote: This is the only room that Joe actually painted the window and window casing. I did all the other ones in the house myself. In his credit though, I haven't rolled a single bit of paint yet. We work well like that.)

I'd say the walls in this room were in the best shape out of all of them. The color was pretty drab though (I don't do beige) so you know I had to slap some color on them!

Onto what little pictures I do have of this space. (We just finished shampooing the carpets when I took the after pictures so the carpet looks kinda....wet.)
