Hi. It's me. Late again. Do I even have readers anymore? Let's just pretend this was written on time. I guess technically I'm still within my "week" but that's just another lame excuse.
So what's happening this week?
I'm still super busy with the house. We officially closed when I was 34 weeks, 1 day so that's an exciting milestone to document, I guess. We have one more coat of paint to add to the guest bedroom but otherwise, most of the big projects are complete. We start move in tonight! (Did I mention I haven't started packing yet?)

Onto pregnancy things, we're still trucking along. I had a pretty uncomfortable night of sleep on Monday which was a first. Before that, I was sleeping like a baby. All this extra work and moving around has made me exhausted so I pretty much just pass out as soon as my head hits the pillow. I actually find that I'm more comfortable moving around and doing all this physical labor than I am when I sit around all day at my desk. I don't forsee much downtown till D day though so that might be a good thing.

I had the last of my "boring" doctor appointments this week. It was just another quick check up with Dr. Bennett and all is still well. My nurse Brittany came in and did the whole routine. I'm still weighing in at 10 pounds gained total. My blood pressure was 110/70 and heartbeat was 138. I've had no swelling yet and Brittany could not get over how awesome I am doing. She just kept saying that I was "made" to be pregnant and everything about me is so textbook and perfect. I accepted the compliment but it made me feel weird because 1. Every woman is made for pregnancy and 2. I still have 5+ weeks for things to go wrong. But anyways, it was nice to hear regardless. I'm scheduled for my next visit at 36 weeks and I will then be moving onto weekly doctor appointments. Craziness!
Otherwise, no new stretch marks. Belly button is still morphing. No back pain or discomfort. Bending over is a challenge. I want ice cream....and cupcakes....and a vat of pasta. Name still undecided. He's changed from kicking me to pressing all of his weight against my skin. It is not pleasant. But same old, same old.

Baby T may be approaching the 5 lb mark this week. I will find out for sure in another week when we do my growth ultrasound. I think he might be close just by the strong kicks he's making. His brain should be working in overdrive right now, making it possible to learn while in the womb. Although, he will have lots more to learn once he is born. His lungs are continuing to mature as well. Good news is that babies born after 34 weeks are generally healthy with very few complications.
Wahoo! And now we can hear about week 35 tomorrow:)
